At the heart of the project lies a brand-new, 18-hole championship golf course conceived by renowned course designer Darils Oliver, celebrated for creating courses that harmonise with the natural environment.
"There are two natural creeks running through the site, so that was really the anchor point for the golf course," explains Capital Corporation Director, Jim Hunter. It will have beautiful trickling creeks and Black Creek wrapping the boundary, so there are several holes where you 'won't see anything but the golf course. You won't see the houses, you won't see the resort, it will just be you and the golf course."
In addition to 'world-class golf, the development will include a mix of designer homes and land lots, with the first release now available through Colliers International. Blending modern design with a country sensibility, the homes will feature high ceilings, spacious interiors and dedicated golf buggy parking in garages. The architectural palette takes inspiration from the surrounding rural setting - prioritising function, elegance and ease of living.
The community will feature 500 residences, a 300-key resort, and a vibrant destination dining precinct, delivered across multiple stages. Construction is expected to begin in late 2025, with the golf course and first homes scheduled for completion in 2027.
